Unfortunately, due to copyright infringements, we have decided against posting our contract online. To compensate for this, we are providing you with some basics of the warranty of the contract. Each puppy will come with a 1 year warranty against Hip Displasia and Genetic Defects. Full Disclosure of this warranty is described in the contract.
We do not warranty the temperament of our puppies. Temperament is determined by genetics and environment. Too often, nice puppies develop temperament problems as a result of the way they were raised. We have no control over environment but we will introduce you to Dam and Sire of your puppy upon purchase to assure you that the parents have good temperaments.
The Seller warrants that the above-described animal is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have animal examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours, (not including weekends or holidays), of receipt of animal.
The AKC registration will be limited until such time as the animal meets the requirements in this section and the Seller agrees that the animal is of the accepted quality for breeding. Should the Buyer breed the animal before ALL of the requirements listed in this section are met, the Buyer acknowledges the Seller’s right to execute their right to repossess the animal that this contract pertains to.
The animal must be trained under a competent obedience instructor. This should occur no later than 4 months of age.
Buyer will receive a 5 Generation Pedigree Report.
All dogs in this litter _B__ will be registered under the “B” Von Stickel Kennel Name Chosen by the Breeder. (The Seller can name the dog’s “call” name at their discretion)
Buyer will receive an information packet that includes valuable information on training, housebreaking, puppy issues, socialization, basic obedience, animal behavior, and how to choose a dog trainer. This information is provided courtesy of Elizabeth Bradley, Professional Dog Trainer, National Schutzhund Competitor, and author of several published training articles as well as the book entitled, “Real World Dog Training”.
Each Puppy will be tattooed and it is recommended that they be micro chipped.
Each Puppy will be wormed and have its first round of puppy shots.
Each Puppy will be sent home with a schedule for it’s follow up vetting (shots/worming).
Each Puppy will be sent home with 1 bag of dog food and you will be supplied with an information pack about “What is Dog Food”; an informative article on what is put into dog food today and how to make an informative decision on raising your new puppy on quality ingredients.
