Tails and Trails walk with Father John Animal House and Demo by Puppy-Wuppy Drill Team. Oct 15st 20

Bring your furry friends and family to Camp Nejeda's beautiful 72-acre campus on Saturday, October 1st for Father John's Animal House Dog Walk and Friends and Family Day! Event will be rain or shine.

We'll walk along a groomed trail that wraps around a 7-acre lake and meanders across open fields. The trail is suitable for all activity levels and your dog and you will enjoy the peaceful surroundings as you take a leisurely stroll in a natural environment. (Trail walk is approximately one mile and may take 25-45 minutes depending on your pace).

Guests are free to enjoy the campus until 2 pm following the morning walk. Hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and soda/water/coffee will be available to purchase. Ride the zip line across the lake. Let the kids play on the playground.

Watch Puppy-Wuppy’s Drill Team do an obedience demonstration at 12 pm and then enjoy the Bluegrass performance by David Haney and Lisa Baldwin at 12:45 pm. DJ Sebastian Monte will also be providing music during the day.

This is event is for everyone - participants may join in the fun with or without a pet.

TICKET COST:

Adults age 18 and older: $15/pp (after 9/27: $18) Children age 5-17: $10/pp (after 9/27: $13) Children under age 5: Free

10:00 – 11:00 AM Check-in / Walk-in Registration 11:00 AM Opening Announcements 11:15 AM Trail Walk (approx. 25-45 minutes) 12:00 PM – Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chips, soda/water/coffee available for purchase. 12:00 PM – Puppy-Wuppy Dog Drill Team--Dog Obedience Performance 12:45 PM – Bluegrass Performance by David Haney & Lisa Baldwin. David Haney is currently serving as President of Centenary University. Zip line Rides – 10 am – 2 pm, $2/ride
