Kaitlyn has been an instructor with Puppy-Wuppy for many years and counting. She started with Puppy-Wuppy as a client with her own dog Axel.

She then apprenticed with us for about a year and has had her own class schedule ever since. She has extensive experience working in a kennel environment, vet office and handling multiple types of dogs.

Kaitlyn also works locally at a Veterinary Office as a Veterinary Technician and has for the past 4 years. She lives with her two German Shepherds. Axel, her first dog who started her love and passion for dog training and dog sports. He has competed and titled in several different venues (BH, CD, RA, CGC, CGCU, CGCA, TKN, TKI, DJX, FCAT2, CA). He has also competed and qualified for Dock Diving regionals and nationals for the last 2 years.

Kaitlyn now has her second German Shepherd Evil, who is dabbling in different sports at a young age and is training for PSA. She has titles in fast cat, dock diving and AKC titles. (CGC, TKN, TKI, DCAT, DJ, DS. Many more goals on the list that she is chipping away at! She is a spitfire, her average speed being 28 mph and her dock diving jumps average of 16-17 feet. We look forward to seeing what they will achieve!​

Kaitlyn is extremely passionate about helping dogs and owners build a relationship and a bond through training. She has extensive experience with all breeds of dogs and training issues and believes that there is no one way to train a dog. She has been a Certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator for 4 plus years now and enjoys preparing clients to pass that test as well as further goals such as therapy dog certification.
